Part Exchange FAQ

If you have a question that isn’t answered below, please call us.

My bike isn’t in very good condition - can I still qualify?

For our trade-in scheme, we’ll accept bikes in any condition, rideable or not. We will accept any style of bike, regardless of the new one being purchased.

Which bikes are included in the offer?

Most bikes and e-bikes advertised at full retail price. Sale and clearance bikes do not qualify for this scheme, as they are already at market-leading prices.

You can check if the new bike you are interested in is valid for part-exchange by adding it to the basket and entering the discount code PARTEX. If 10% discount is applied in the basket the bike is valid.

How much will I get for my bike?

You will save 10% off the retail price on valid bikes.

What will happen to my old bike?

Depending on the condition of your traded in bike, we will either donate it to Horsham Matters - a great charity local to us - or scrap it.

I’ve changed my mind - can I have my old bike back?

Unfortunately not. We are partnered with a local community project and once the sale is complete, bikes are then used by those projects.

Can I use my Cyclescheme certificate?

Unfortunately Cyclescheme is excluded from our trade-in scheme.

Can I use more than one bike to generate a greater saving?

Please feel free to donate more than one bike; however, we will only be able to give you the same discount as if you supplied a single bike.

Can I use a kids’ bike when buying a new adult bike?

You can (but permission of the child must be sought before donating their bike). We will accept any style of bike, regardless of the new one being purchased.

Can I trade in my bike for accessories or clothing?

Yes, as long as you are purchasing a bike valid under the part exchange scheme and the accessories are all advertised at full RRP.

Can I use Part Ex in conjunction with any other offer?

No. Part Ex cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Can I Part Ex against a Cube bike?

No.

Where can I trade in my bike?

You can either:

  1. drop your bike into our store in Horsham, West Sussex
  2. or if you are too far away, or have a charity local to you that you care about, take a photo of you donating the bike and post it to our Facebook page.

Your new bike will ship once you have donated in one of these ways.
