DUE TO COVID-19 WE HAVE MADE SOME CHANGES TO THE SERVICE WE OFFER. WE ARE OPEN FOR ONLINE AND PHONE ORDERS FOR DELIVERY AND COLLECTION BUT THERE IS NO GENERAL ACCESS TO OUR STORE FOR BROWSING.
Due to Covid-19 we are making a few changes to our normal service
We will be open Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm
There will not be general access to the shop
Delivery – Order online or over the phone as usual but please be aware our delivery times may be slower than usual. Our delivery drivers will place your order in front of your door, knock and stand back 2 meters. Once you open your door and verbally confirm delivery they will leave. You will not need to sign.
Collection – Order over the phone or online and add ‘Collection’ into the shipping comments during checkout. For orders under £100 please use discount code ‘Collection’ at checkout to remove our £5 delivery charge. We will email you once you order is ready to collect. When you arrive to collect, ring the door bell and stand back. We will grab your order and hand it over to you in our foyer where will will also ask you to pin verify your payment card. To do this you must bring the same card you used to place the order and know the pin. We will disinfect our card terminal in between customers.
Service and Warranty
As usual we will only be accepting service and warranty on bikes/products we have sold.
Call or email to organise dropping your bike in. We will take as much information prior to you coming in to reduce
Please ensure your bike is as clean as possible.
Bikes will be handed over in our foyer and will then go into a 3 day
‘cool down‘ period to reduce the risk of infection.
Once the work on your bike is completed we will call you to confirm. You can then collect when you have time but we suggest you wait a further 3 days. Your bike will not be touched again until you collect.
When you come to collect ring the bell and stand back. We will put on a fresh set of gloves and grab your bike. We will hand it over to you in the foyer and take payment. We will disinfect our card terminal in between customers.
Returns and exchanges
On top of our normal terms for returns and exchanges we will observe a 3 day ‘cool down’ period once any item is returned before we examine it to confirm the condition of the goods before proceed with the return/exchange. After the ‘cool down’ we will call you to progress your return/exchange.

There are good road connections to Horsham from the A/M23 and from the A24. We are less than a mile north-east of Horsham train station.
