Established in 1997, we specialise in top quality electric bikes including mountain, road and recreation. Order online, by phone or over the counter at our collection point in Horsham, West Sussex. If you are interested in viewing an ebike before purchasing, please get in contact.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2016. We will collect any information given at the time of the ordering process only to enable us to input and process your order.

Click and Collect

Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online combined with hand pick up from our store. Simply order your items and select Click & Collect at checkout.

Once your order has been received, we will source and prepare your order for collection. Once ready, we will email you to confirm that the order is ready to collect. When collecting your order, you will need to bring the same payment card used to make the purchase. To be able to collect your order you will be required to verify the pin of the same payment card on collection.

For click and collect orders, please ensure you only pay using credit/debit cards that do not use a virtual or randomised 16 digit card number.

We are a UK based company, with all orders being fulfilled from our premises in Horsham, West Sussex.

International orders and Northern Ireland

Unfortunately we do not offer to ship orders internationally, to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
We are only able to accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers payments from UK registered accounts.

Pricing and Availability

All prices shown on our website are for Credit/Debit Card payment made through our secure online payment system. Get in touch.

We constantly update our website inventory to ensure it is as accurate as possible. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you and give an estimated delivery time. If this doesn’t suit you, we will do all we can to assist by either finding you another product or cancelling your order.

Servicing

We do our best to keep servicing turnaround times to a minimum, but they can fluctuate depending on the time of year.

Just drop your bike down to us. We will go through the work you would like us to perform, give you a quote and an approximate turn around time.

Bikes purchased from us

If you purchased your bike from us, we will undertake any servicing you need on that bike to keep you out riding.

Bikes purchased elsewhere

We do also offer most servicing work on bikes purchased elsewhere.

We can perform software updates and produce diagnostics reports on Bosch and Shimano ebike motor systems.

We can only replace suspension pivot bearings and hardware on bikes from brands we sell, i.e. Cube, Mondraker and Marin.

Fault-finding, including clicks and creaks, is charged at our hourly rate of £75. We will agree in advance how many hours you are happy to proceed with, but we cannot guarantee to resolve issues of this nature in a specific amount of time.

Bosch and Shimano eBike motor system fault-finding is also charged at an hourly rate of £75 We will agree in advance how many hours you are happy to proceed with, but we cannot guarantee to resolve issues of this nature in a specific amount of time.

“Price beat” conditions

We go beyond price matching and offer ‘price beat’. Here are the conditions:

  1. The online shopping website where you have found the product offered at a cheaper price must have the item in stock.
  2. The product must be new and not damaged, and be identical to our product.
  3. Competitor’s offered price must be accurate, include any taxes and shipping charges, and they must be prepared to sell the item to you at their quoted price.
  4. We will only price beat items offered by UK websites.
  5. We must be able to verify the lower price.
  6. We reserve the right not to price beat for any reason at our discretion.
  7. Our price beat offer is available only prior to purchase. Once we have price beaten that particular item and processed your order, we will not price beat that item again under the same order.
