This rim strip has a Presta valve stem with removable core which can be removed with a Stans valve core removal tool. With the valve core removed you can inject Stans sealant into your tyre with a Stans injector.
The standard rim strip will fit most standard 24" and 26" (21.5mm-25mm wide) mountain bike rims as below:
