What is the loyalty card?

Our "Freeborn Warehouse Discount Card" is a loyalty system aimed towards those of you who are closer to us although customers who are situated further afield can take advantage of this too by simply quoting their card number when contacting us.

What does it give me?

The discount card entitles you to discounts of up to 23% in either of our stores (terms and conditions apply)

The main benefit of this card is that a cardholder can take advantage of what is effectively online prices, but from within either of our stores, so not only do you get the lowest prices but you get the service and advice that you don't get when simply ordering directly from a website.

How do I get my hands on one?

There are 3 ways in which you can take advantage of our card.

1) If you purchase a bike from us you qualify for a card which we will either pass onto you in-store or send with your bike.

2) We understand that not everybody needs to buy a new bike all of the time! On the other hand we recognise the need for good quality bike stores and a welcoming atmosphere. If you become a familiar face in either of our stores before too long we will be likely to offer you a card.

3) Our Esher store is where you will find the excellent Esher Shore trails.
When you join Esher Shore your membership card doubles up as a Freeborn Warehouse Discount Card and entitles you to the same discounts.

What is the catch?

There is no catch. All we need to issue your card is some basic details such as name, address and contact details. You will receive a yearly newsletter either by post or Email which will include news, updates and even more savings!

What are the terms and conditions?

There are a few basic terms and conditions as below:

1) Discounts are up to a maximum of 23% on bikes, frames, parts and equipment. Discount rates vary depending on the item and brand. Minimum discount is 10% and maximum is 23%.

2) Items that are already discounted are not normally subject to further discount but produce your card and you may be surprised!

3) You have the option to opt out of receiving our yearly newsletter by advising when we are issuing your card.
