Prompted by the awesome capability of our new found Sustainable Business Practice Carbon Facility, Tony decided to continue the carbon fun on the front ends of two new FIRM TAIL Mountain Bikes. The Enlightenment 26 and the Enlightenment 29. The Force directional carbon shapes and lay patters provide for some amazing ride feel from these non suspended MTB’s. The DMS (Dual Mono Stay) Firm tails have an element of absorption to them, without mechanical articulation. Interchangeable dropouts let you run these as multigear or ONE gear designs. And the unique dropout design will accommodate a belt drive system, it that be your heart’s desire. The Enlightenment 29 features some of the most outstanding stand over heights of any 29r, making this beauty a very versatile 29’‘ alternative for riders that can’t usually fit a 29r.

(Dual Mono Stay) firm tail design, has the following benefits: smoother ride, having the capability of dampening the resonance characteristics of the road, through force direction carbon design and tube energy transfer and damping. It also has the versatility and strength capable of supporting single speed configurations, belt and chain drive, as well as multigear chain drive options, and gearless NuVinci, belt drive configurations. It’s more then just a pretty carbon frame—it has years of versatility, and strength built into it.
